How to choose a portable dryer
1. Real capacity
Portable dryers are rated in cubic feet and pounds. Load them only about half to two-thirds full; clothes need room to tumble or they dry unevenly and crease.
2. Heat settings
Look for at least a low or cool setting. Hot is fine for towels and jeans; knits and activewear need low heat or no heat.

How to dry clothes in a portable dryer without shrinking them
- Spin clothes as dry as possible before drying.
